Services
I offer both in-person therapy in Sarnia, Ontario, and virtual therapy across Ontario—so whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, the flexibility of online support, or a more active approach, we can find what works best for you.
Therapy that meets you where you are—individually, as a couple, and in whatever space feels right.

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like you’re carrying more than you know how to hold. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, or life transitions, our work together will focus on helping you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered.

For those who feel more at ease moving than sitting in an office, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy. Walking side by side in nature can encourage openness, mindfulness, and a sense of calm while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. Sessions take place in designated outdoor locations in Sarnia.
